This is one groomer's calendar. It does not board dogs, sell retail, or track vaccinations.

Bath, full groom, and nails

Those three services are seeded with their own length and deposit. Change them to match the breeds and cuts you actually book.

The policy is on the page before they pay

Clients read the cancellation wording, pay the deposit, and get a link to cancel. Outside the window, the deposit refunds.

These are starting values. Every service, hour, and sentence can be edited after the shop exists.

Questions

Can I ask for vaccine records here?

Not in the product. The booking form collects a name, email, and phone. Ask for records the way you already do.

Does a no-show keep the deposit?

Yes. You mark the no-show after the visit was supposed to start. The deposit stays on your Stripe account. Slotward does not take a cut.
