How the arithmetic works
Lost revenue for a week is appointments times the ticket times the rate. Each weekly total is rounded to the nearest cent. The year is that week times 52. The month is the year divided by 12, rounded to the nearest cent. The deposit line uses the same rate and the deposit, and it never counts more than the ticket. This is not a forecast that no-shows will fall.
Questions
Are the numbers already filled in a real no-show rate?
No. They are an example so the page is not blank. Replace them with your appointments, your prices, and your rate. This page does not cite a study or an industry average.
Does the deposit line equal the lost ticket?
No. Lost revenue is the full ticket times the no-shows. The deposit line is only the deposit kept on each of those no-shows. The gap is the rest of the ticket, which is still an empty appointment.
How is a month counted?
A year is 52 weeks. A month is that year divided by 12, rounded to the nearest cent. It is not a calendar month of bookings you already had.
Does this page store what I type?
No. Nothing is saved and you do not need an account. Submitting the form puts the numbers in the page address. Starting the trial is a separate page.
